II. GUARANTEE OF RESERVATIONS:All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date your stay begins.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the first night on the customer's credit card at the time of reservation.Any reservation made with an invalid card will be cancelled.
A request for 3D Secure pre-authorization will be sent 3 days before the customer's arrival.
III. CLASSIC CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:\nIn the event of cancellation by written notification 24 hours before the arrival date (the day before before noon): cancellation will be free of charge.
In the event of late cancellation, less than 24 hours before arrival or no show, the amount of the first night of the stay will be charged.
The confirmation e-mail you receive after making your reservation contains full information on the procedure for cancelling your reservation online.
IV. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS RELATING TO NON-ANNOULABLE, NON-MODIFIABLE RATES:A prepayment will be made at the time of booking for the entire stay.No cancellation or modification of stay is possible.100% penalty in the event of cancellation.
V. RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS:Depending on the type of reservation, payment must be made in full when the order is placed, or at the end of the customer's stay at the hotel.
Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented on arrival by the cardholder. Failing this, a new credit card will be requested for payment on arrival.
In the case of a third party taking charge of the stay, the hotel will require documents for the security of the transaction.
Prices are indicated in Euros. A tourist tax of €8.13 per adult per day must be paid on departure. This tax is collected by the French government and must be paid on site at the hotel.
Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes instituted by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected.\The prices indicated include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation.
To the price mentioned in the reservation will be added the additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax.
The prices mentioned on the Site are subject to change at any time by the Hotel without prior information or notice. Only the price indicated in the Company's reservation confirmation is contractual.
No stay booked before the implementation of any promotional offer will be reimbursed, even partially.

VII. ACCOMMODATIONIn the event that the Hotel is not available, or in the event of force majeure, the Hotel reserves the right to accommodate the Customer in whole or in part in a hotel of equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same nature.
The transfer will then be the responsibility of the hotelier, who will not be liable for any additional compensation.
