Cancellation or Modification
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer Client does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, given the nature of the Accommodation Services provided, which fall under accommodation services to be supplied on a specific date or period, and the nature of the Additional Services, which involve the supply of goods that are clearly customized and the provision of services that bind the Consumer Client to a payment obligation and whose execution has begun with the prior and express agreement of the Consumer Client, along with their acknowledgment of the loss of their right of withdrawal.
